Shipping Policy
This policy explains how ALISHAN OUD processes and dispatches orders, where we ship and what to expect once an order is confirmed.

01Order processing
Orders are prepared and dispatched from Mumbai. Once an order is confirmed, it is processed within [insert processing time, for example 1–2 business days]. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed on the next business day.
02Locations we ship to

07Packaging
Fragrance is packed to protect the bottle in transit. If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, do not accept it where possible, or photograph it before opening and contact us the same day.
